Chairperson, organizer

I want people to have more opportunities to meet, communicate, and support each other. Especially when things are difficult: in parenting, after a relocation, in a new environment, or in a big city where even among a multitude of people one can remain lonely. The idea of the BodOpory community grew out of this desire.

I am an entrepreneur, psychotherapist, nutrition and healthy lifestyle consultant, and a mother of four. I have been living mostly in the Czech Republic since 2004. My professional journey began in hotel management, where I went from a housekeeper to a manager. Later, I started creating my own projects for children, parents, and families.

For several years, I was a co-organizer of family camps. Together with parents, we came up with activities so that children and adults could spend time together - without phones and the internet, through games, creativity, and conversations. Summer and winter camps in Russian, each involving 30 to 70 people. This was an important experience of working with people and creating a space for communication.

For many years, I have been working on nutrition and healthy lifestyle issues, consulting, and conducting educational classes. I completed training in non-pharmacological health improvement and integrative dietetics at PreventAge School, as well as training in nutritiology and naturopathy at the Institute of Nutriology and Naturopathy. I have created over 20 online courses and masterclasses on nutrition, healthy cooking, lifestyle, and child development, in which more than 2,000 people have participated.

Working with people gradually led me to a deeper study of the psychological side of health: how we experience difficulties, build relationships, take care of ourselves, and cope with everyday stress. Psychology and psychotherapy became a continuation and expansion of my work.

I completed professional retraining in psychological counseling and received a master's degree from Charles University in the program "Community Crisis and Pastoral Work — Diakonia." I am currently completing my training in gestalt therapy. I am also a mediator certified in the CR, having completed a specialization in crisis and trauma work. I continue my education in specializations in group therapy and sexology. An important part of my training is mandatory personal therapy and supervision.

The topic of migration is close to me both personally and professionally. I went through relocation and adaptation to life in another country myself, and in my master's thesis, I researched the role of community in the adaptation of migrants in the Czech Republic. I paid special attention to identity issues: how a person's self-perception changes after relocation, what happens to the sense of belonging, and how to find support in a new environment. I also conducted a master's class on this topic. This research and personal experience helps me better understand the difficulties of people in migration and lies at the heart of my desire to create communities where one can find support and connections with others.

I am also a lecturer certified by the Ministry of Health for the parenting skills support program (Triple P). Here, I consider it especially important for parents to have the opportunity to talk about their difficulties, share experiences, and find support.

At BodOpory, I want to create a space where one can come for communication, share difficulties, find support, and offer it to others. A place where parents can feel that they do not have to cope with everything alone, and people who find themselves in a new country and no matter how many years they have lived here - everyone needs their circle and people. "A human needs a human."
